Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust (TAIT) operates Tulsa International Airport and Richard L. Jones, Jr. Airport.  As such, there are opportunities for vendors to provide goods and services to support the operational needs of the airports.  Requests for Bids, Qualifications, and Proposals will be posted to this site as needed.  Any general inquiries should be made by calling the TAIT administrative office at 918-838-5000.

Current Opportunities

The Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust is soliciting sealed bids to secure a contract for Exit Lane Attendant Services for Tulsa International Airport.  Bidders must notify Amy Harris, Airport Security Manager, by e-mail of their intent to submit a bid in order to receive addenda or amendments to the IFB.  Email:  AmyHarris@tulsaairports.com.

Bids must be received in the offices of Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust, no later than 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 3, 2016.  Bids received after 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 3, 2016, shall not be considered and shall be returned unopened.

DBE Program

The Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust, sponsor of Tulsa International Airport (TUL) and R.L. Jones, Jr. Airport (RVS), has established Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Programs in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26 and Part 23. Bid Protest

At their July 14, 2016 the Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust established a procedure for protests made by a respondent to any competitive selection process. A competitive selection process includes, but is not limited to, selections made pursuant to request for proposals, request for qualifications, and request for sealed bids.
