Free AT&T Wi-Fi Arrives at Tulsa International Airport
Tulsa, OK – November 23, 2011 –Travelers making their way through Tulsa International Airport will now have the added convenience of having access to AT&T’s Wireless Internet service at their fingertips. Tulsa International Airport and AT&T today announced that AT&T Wi-Fi is now free to all travelers throughout the airport.
“We are striving to make TUL a business friendly airport,” said Jeff Mulder, Airports Director. “Free AT&T Wi-Fi, coupled with our soon-to-open business centers, is yet another amenity that our airport offers to the business traveler.”
During the past year, free Wi-Fi access was a top request from TUL travelers. Now AT&T Wi-Fi service is available free of charge throughout the terminal enabling travelers to use their smartphones, laptop computers, and other Wi-Fi enabled devices to stay connected. Tulsa International Airport adds to the growing list of AT&T Wi-Fi venues in popular locations where people have a need to stay connected.
AT&T Wi-Fi operates the nation’s largest Wi-Fi network** with more than 29,000 AT&T Wi-Fi Hot Spots available nationwide. Most AT&T smartphone customers get access to the entire national Wi-Fi network at no additional cost as part of their plan, and Wi-Fi doesn’t count toward customers’ monthly wireless data usage.
